Build your best swing
Work your butt off

Are all the muscles you need for your swing as strong as they should be?

Beyond your core and arm muscles, your glute muscles (made up of your gluteus medius and minimus, gluteus maximus and your piriformis) have a huge role to play. Your glutes give you the ability to rotate when you swing, from your thighs and provide a solid foundation for lower body support, stabilization and stance (bending slightly at your knees).

When your glutes are engaged and strong, they help stabilize your lower body, so you have a more controlled swing. A great exercise to strengthen your glutes is the donkey kick.

Stronger glutes, stronger you

Make sure your major glute muscles are engaged. We’re here to help assess your glute strength and get you strengthened and conditioned. It’s never too late.

If you engage in these exercises, you agree that you do so at your own risk and assume all risk of injury to yourself.
