Build your best swing
It’s all connected

Making sure your muscles are all engaged and conditioned could be the difference between reaching the green and missing it.

Beyond your core and glute muscles, one we cannot forget is your pectoralis major muscle. This muscle, otherwise known as your chest or pec muscles, stretches across your upper chest and is connected to a ridge at your humerus (upper arm bone). Its main movements are arm adduction and rotation.

The chest muscle helps your shoulder flex and your arm extend – essential for a smooth, accurate golf swing. A great exercise for a stronger chest muscle to help you perfect your swing is the push up.
