A weight off your shoulders
Inside and out

Going the distance becomes easier if you look after and strengthen the necessary muscles and joints. For the perfect swing, you need strong and stable shoulders and rotator cuffs.

All the muscles are on your shoulder blade and attach to the top of your humerus (upper arm) bone. These muscles are small and susceptible to injury if they aren’t strengthened. A great exercise to strengthen all four of these muscles is the tricep kickback.

Stronger you, stronger game

When you’re in good physical condition, you’re able to swing better and more consistently without fatiguing as easily during a round. By having a look at your swing, we can identify any areas that could be improved with some fitness work.

If you engage in these exercises, you agree that you do so at your own risk and assume all risk of injury to yourself.
