You’ll be amazed at how many muscles you use to produce force during your golf swing. Are you engaging the correct muscle groups when you swing?

Your upper and lower body muscles are all pivotal in executing the perfect swing. If these muscles are used correctly, your power and accuracy will increase, and this could be the difference between a birdie and a bogey.

The major muscles needed for rotation are, your rectus abdominis, external and internal abdominal obliques and transversus abdominus. A great exercise to activate these muscles is the Russian twist.
