A weight off your shoulders
Accuracy is everything

Hitting more fairways off the tee isn’t just about technique and the latest driver, your shoulder and core rotation have a big role to play.

Your rotator cuff is crucial to making your swing accurate. It’s responsible for transferring the force produced by your body from your torso, to your arms and to your club. For a good golf swing, you need to generate a powerful hip and core rotation. Your rotator cuff stabilizes your shoulder and transfers the force into your arms, and then the club.

Your rotator cuff’s main joint, called the glenohumeral joint, is unstable due to its shallow shape, making it prone to injury. A great exercise to strengthen your shoulders and surrounding muscles is the superman exercise.
